- Ixodes ricinus Central Nervous System Transcriptome (BMC Genomics)
Peptide Database Curation
- Get unique list of Protein IDs (column BestHitID) from Database file
- Searched Protein IDs in UniProtKB to obtain Reference Status, Gene Names and Description
- Filtered Ixodes ricinus
- Filtered secreted proteins
- Shared curated Protein IDs list (ID_Mapping.xlsx) with collaborators for tagging their Proteins of Interest (PoI)
